What a fantastic experience we have had with ModerniseYourStairs. Having decided that we would like some understair storage we also decided to refresh the stairs at the same time. In the showroom, Chad took us through our options and even produced a generated image to show us how our choices would look. The finished product is almost identical to that image and we are absolutely delighted with our new stairs and storage. What a fantastic company ModerniseYourStairs is, from start to finish communication was brilliant. Adam came to fit our understairs storage and he did an excellent job, it looks amazing and he even cleaned everything up after himself and took all the rubbish away. They always say it's good to start from the beginning. Having seen an excellent post on Facebook. We decided to contact Modernise your stairs in Wigan. I spoke to a Gentleman called Chad, who turned out to be the owner of the company.  I can honestly state that nothing was to much trouble regarding lot's of questions. Chad even sent through a Video of what we would expect within our home. Given the dimensions we'd provided. Having decided to go forward with this Lancashire company (never good for a Yorkshire man 😃). An appointment was made for their surveyor to visit our home, and do the final survey. Now to their joiner Adam.  Very punctual,  extremely polite. And above all else, a phenomenal master of his trade. Both me and my wife couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend Modernise Your Stairs. We have had our staircase and understair cupboard fitted. From the initial enquiry and then a visit to the showroom we were impressed by the professionalism and information from both Shane and Chad. Mike our joiner has done a brilliant job of all the work. I've just had my understairs storage done and to say I'm happy is an understatement. From walking into the showroom to the lads cleaning everything up after themselves the service was brilliant.
