We recently had the great opportunity of doing what we do best and renovating a staircase in the lovely town of Peebles which is not too far away from Edinburgh.
We usually advise coming into our showroom to get a quote if you’re local but in this case it wouldn’t be possible. In this case, our client opted for an oak staircase with staggered wrought iron spindles as well as oak. A design which adds a bit more contrast to the staircase and really works well. They also opted to overclad the existing reads and risers with oak as well as the stringers (these are the sides of the stairs). As you can see below the end result is stunning and we’ve transformed a tired dated old staircase into a stunning focal point.
